When will my ad appear?
You can start building your listing as soon as you register, however it will not appear until we have received your payment. After payment is received, your listing will be live in one-three days.

How do I update my listing? How do I get to the Member Administration area?
You will need to enter your username and password on the login page. You will remain logged in for 60 minutes, or until you close the current browser window. You will be required to login each time you visit the site. NOTE: After you register, you’ll receive an email with a handy link that takes you right to the login page.

Do you offer rebates?
No. All of our fees are non-refundable.

Can I get a receipt?
Yep. You will receive an automatically-generated email after payment is processed. NOTE: Currently, we do not charge GST.

I need help filling out my listing: I don’t understand what x means.
While logged in to the Member Administration area, you will find help icons that appear next to various headings. Click on this icon, and it will show you help specific to that section.
